Loving the pool party pics so far. I had a minor chuckle at your planning paperwork, but you should see the Google documents I put together for each and every party. No judging here! Almost every custom piece I make is designed to break down into individual components for re-purposing/re-using/storage; so I’m definitely loving the use of velcro for your pedestals! Thanks for the pics and ideas…I can’t wait to see the rest!
