Necklace Holder {Upgrade}!!!

April 3, 2011 By Stacy 15 Comments

I was stalking the end caps at Super Target last week when I found this goodie on clearance. Snatched it up, spray painted it up, and upgraded my necklace holding apparatus! Here are the pictures for you since there is really no need for explanation. (I also think this would be SO cute on a dessert table to hold 1 large cupcake and 4 minis)
