Halloween Week: {Day 3} | Push Up Treats

October 10, 2012 By Stacy 4 Comments

Welcome back to day 3 of Halloween Week 2012!! Make sure you check out Day 1 & Day 2 if you haven’t already!!
Today I am using push-up pop containers as simple treats & I have even included a free printable for you to use on push-up containers or any treat bag! They would even be super cute used as cupcake toppers.

The supplies for this sure to be coveted treat are simple: Push-up containers, candy &/or other various Halloween goodies, my printable, & a glue dot or other adhesive.

I started out by printing the PDF file on white card stock. Then I used my favorite paper punch to punch out a couple labels. Using a glue dot I secured the label to the container. At first I thought I would display the containers with the open side up but then decided that it was way too big of a PITA to display them that way so I ultimately turned the labels around.

I tied a little ribbon to the stem of the container.  It’s much easier for little hands to deal with the containers upside down. And to be honest once my daughter saw these they were disassembled within seconds.

You can fit the perfect amount of treats in these little containers!

So that’s it. A quick and easy treat that would be great for a party or the classroom!!

Lastly, I wanted to leave you with a little “behind-the-scenes” of what it really looks like when I am taking the photos in my dining room!
