I highly recommend this activity if you have young children, or just want to get the kids out of the house for a little bit the day before Easter. The baby food jars are the perfect size for little hands – both for holding and for getting the jelly beans out. Just be prepared to come up with some creative reasons as to why not every single jelly bean was able to sprout a candy/trinket filled egg.
It rained over night, so we had to put on our boots to trek through the mushy grass to see if the magic jelly beans really worked. AND THEY DID!!!
