Craft Supply Shopping at Consumer Crafts

November 13, 2014 By Stacy Leave a Comment

disclosure: this post is part of a paid shopping experience for Consumer Crafts. All of the opinions stated are authentic and 100% my own.
Are you thinking about making 2014 a Homemade Holiday?  I can never commit the time to make the entire holiday season homemade but if I am not making decor I am definitely making several homemade gifts. Something about a homemade holiday items just makes them a little more sentimental and therefore a little more special. I love the feeling of pulling items out of the boxes that I made in previous year, it’s sort of like a time capsule of what you were in to and how far your crafting skills have come. What I don’t like is dealing with holiday shopping traffic and the supplies I need being sold out after fighting that traffic. That’s why this year, like the previous two years, I am doing the bulk of my Homemade Holiday craft supply shopping at Consumer Crafts.

Last night I did a little craft supply shopping at Consumer Crafts, in my PJs of course. I can’t wait to show you what I picked out and what project I am going to make and share with you! I think it’s gonna be a good one, or two, or three…I really couldn’t just pick 1 craft when there are thousands of cute items just saying “PICK ME STACY!!”

I’ll give you a couple hints…

I mean, what’s Christmas without glitter?

And I couldn’t resist some shiny angel wings, either!
I also might have done a little Christmas present shopping while I was at it, there were just too many great choices and I love giving gifts that give kids an activity to do while sparking their creativity.

Shopping and check out were both a breeze. The little shopping cart on the top of your screen let’s you know exactly how much more until you’ve reached the $75 free shipping sweet spot. At checkout you can even use PayPal to check out, making it even easier. And right now they have a great catalog that has so many awesome DIY craft projects PLUS a 30% off coupon!

So put your PJs on, grab a cup of hot cocoa and get started on your Homemade Holiday! Be sure to check back soon to find out what I bought and a new craft project to spark your creativity, too!
